Huawei P10 Lite now ready for pre-order in the UK

After the launch of the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus at MWC 2017, Huawei has now announced a budget version it, which is Huawei P10 Lite. With the recent launch of P10 lite in United Kingdom, company aims to bring the popular P line up to the budget segment. Device was rumored before and now it is officially launched.

A 5.2-inch, full HD screen, 12MP rear camera and 8MP front camera feature on the new device with Huawei claiming that this iteration is more durable and corrosion resistant than the competition. The smartphone is priced at GBP 299, which is approximately Rs 24,235 and is up for pre-order from Carphone Warehouse, EE, and Vodafone for United Kingdom customers. The device is expected to go on sale starting March 31.

The Huawei P10 Lite runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The device will be offered in Midnight Black and Platinum Gold options with ceramic sandblasted finish on the back.

While the P10 and P10 plus comes with dual 12 megapixel rear Leica cameras, the P10 Lite comes with a single rear camera without the Leica branding. On the storage side, the newly launched Huawei P10 includes 4GB of RAM unit and 32GB internal storage space, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. It has a 8 megapixel selfie camera.

Huawei P10 Lite sports 3000mAh battery with support for fast charging. To add icing on the cake, there are few gimmicky features like Knuckle Sense which allows you to draw gestures on display using your knuckles. It measures 146.50 x 72.00 x 7.20 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 142.00 grams. Huawei P10 Lite supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, NFC and Global Positioning System.
