Chelsea Keen On Sergio Aguero

Man City star to make shock Chelsea switch

The Argentine striker has struggled to win over City boss Pep Guardiola since his arrival at the Etihad.

Chelsea are reportedly considering a swoop for Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, and the club's supporters are enjoying every minute of it.

The Blues were linked with a bid to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton this summer but a move failed to materialise before the Belgian forward ended up signing for Manchester United last week. Aguero's name has come out of the blue this weekend, as most reports had linked Chelsea to Borussia Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata.

Antonio Conte is searching for a new striker after telling Spain worldwide Diego Costa earlier in the summer that he was free to leave the club.

When asked if Aguero was staying in May, City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak said: "Absolutely".

Over the past 24 hours, rumours of Sergio Aguero moving to Chelsea have seriously picked up.

It is hard to believe that Manchester City would sell to a direct title rival, especially after Chelsea won the Premier League last term.

While Chelsea are considering a move for Aguero, Solhekol claims City are not looking to sell the 29-year-old. There's never been a doubt about that.

Were it to happen, Sergio Aguero to Chelsea would be one of the biggest transfers ever seen in English football.

Aguero still has three years left on the contract which he extended last season, meaning that his future is still in City's hands rather than his own.
