At the D23 Expo this weekend, Bob Chapek, Chairman of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts announced that the long-awaited Toy Story Land will be coming in 2018 to Disney's Hollywood Studios. The TRON Lightcycle Power Run attraction at Shanghai Disneyland is a coaster-style attraction where riders board a train of two-wheeled Lightcycles. The seats look similar to sitting on a motorcycle.

Estimated to open in fall 2019, this new resort is slated to be the 15th Disney Vacation Club property with approximately 300 units spread across a variety of accommodation types. With the France zone effectively worked at Epcot, and Paris having a ride in view of the Pixar substance since 2014, the Ratatouille expansion appears like a consistent fit.

When it arrives in Epcot, the Ratatouille ride joins another successful character attraction in the park.

"At Walt Disney World it will sit in an entirely new space right next to Space Mountain", said Chapek during the panel.
