Tekken 7 welcomes Fatal Fury star as incoming DLC character

'Tekken 7' DLC: Geese Howard confirmed as second guest fighter

Geese Howard, the baddie who first made his appearance in the original Fatal Fury well over two and a half decades ago, made his debut in a new trailer for Tekken 7, where he's pitted against Heihachi and other characters, putting them in their place with a number of powerhouse moves. Once the grand champion of that game's tourney was crowned, Katsuhiro Harada was brought on stage to drop some exciting news.

Tekken 7 is out on PS4, Xbox One and PC. All of the hard-hitting action was accompanied by Geese's classic theme, and all came to a close with the guest fighter showing off his Rage attack. The newest guest character was revealed onscreen and it made me and everyone's else's jaws drop at the sight of him.

More news: Ander Herrera: I'll 'do everything possible' to stop David De Gea leaving

Bandai Namco has announced the new character that Tekken 7 fans will be getting this year and while it is nice to know that there is going to be a new character, the fans were not happy that the developer chooses to ignore the older characters. Check out Geese's gameplay video below. Geese looks pretty stunning and all the more intimidating in 3D with his signature red hakama training trousers on. He'll be coming to the game in winter.

If you want one of the best fighting games to be released this year, Tekken 7 is essential. Tekken Tag Tournament's bowling hijinks will return with an upgrade known as "Ultimate Tekken Bowl". No other characters have been confirmed just yet, but it's likely we'll see a few more announced in the months ahead.
