Testimony ends for day in Swift groping case

Taylor Swift Testifies In Court Over DJ Who Allegedly Touched Her Inappropriately

And she even drew laughter from the jury when she was being asked the same question repeatedly by Mueller's attorney. "I felt him grab onto my bare ass cheek".

Swift said the groping occurred as she posed with Mueller and his girlfriend for a photo.

Swift countersued, alleging sexual assault. "It was intentional. He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek under my skirt".

When questioned about her reaction when she learned that he had been fired over the allegations, Swift replied that she wasn't going to allow the lawyer or Mueller make her feel like it was her fault. "It was a very shocking thing that has never happened to me before".

The singer's mother, Andrea Swift, was earlier called as a witness by Mueller's lawyer, Gabriel McFarland, and her testimony was anything but favourable to the former DJ for radio station KYGO-FM.

Swift said Thursday that someone would have had to have been underneath her to see the actual groping "and we didn't have anyone positioned there".

"It was just destroying her", the elder Swift testified.

"He sexually assaulted my daughter, right there, that guy", Andrea Swift said as she pointed her finger at Mueller, who was seated less than 20 feet away.

Swift's team told KYGO, a CNN affiliate, about the incident, and Mueller, then 51, was sacked two days later. She declined to speculate how long the incident lasted.

Swift, as captured by a court artist, takes the stand during the trial.

Mueller was sacked by his employer, country music station KYGO, and he's seeking up to $3 million in damages. He said Mueller had broken a "morality clause" and "created an embarrassing situation for our company".

"Gabe, this is a photo of him with his hand up my skirt - with his hand on my ass", she said.

A photo the TMZ obtained appears to show the moment Taylor Swift says she was grabbed by David Mueller. "I never have said anything different".

"As they were posing for the photo, I saw her fall into the female, she had an uncomfortable look on her face", Simbeck said.

Hershel Coomer, Mueller's supervisor at the radio station, said that before the night of the concert he had no desire to fire Mueller.

Despite being stunned, Swift said she did not say anything to David Mueller about it because she did not want other fans lined up to hear anything and she did not want to cancel the event and disappoint them.

Mueller testified on Tuesday that he may have made incidental physical contact with Swift, perhaps brushing her arm or torso.

Taylor Swift has taken the witness stand in her lawsuit claiming she was groped by a radio host.

Mueller also hit the stand on Wednesday, and was cross-examined by Swift's attorney, Doug Baldridge, who attacked the radio host's claims that Swift's accusations had "rendered him unemployable". Yet four years later, Swift and former DJ David Mueller are embroiled in a widely publicized federal court case.

Mueller sued Taylor Swift for at least $3 million, saying she cost him his job and reputation. Coomer was the person who talked with Bell that night about what Swift said happened then relayed the information to Call. She described her daughter as humiliated.

According to Swift's attorneys, the boss claims Mueller changed his story in such a fundamental way during multiple descriptions of what happened after the alleged incident that he thought Mueller was lying. And it's a statement she can't make enough, especially if it inspires just a single victim of assault to say it herself.
